Within the framework of the KBIS 2020 exhibition, COMPAC has been awarded a prize that recognizes it as a sustainable and environmentally committed company. COMPAC’s commitment to the environment has earned it the SUSTAINABILITY AWARD, one of the 10 categories of the 30’S CHOICE AWARDS held for the second time at KBIS. A three-person jury awarded the renowned prize to COMPAC as a sustainable company committed to the environment. The jury highlighted the launch of the new Obsidiana material, composed of recycled raw materials, as well as the sustainable trajectory of the company, which has been applying pioneering measures in the industry for decades, such as reforesting trees on its land in Portugal, using renewable energies in the production or manufacture of its materials, recycling the water used in its processes and manufacturing designs with organic resins.
